First Interstate Arena
The First Interstate Arena at MetraPark opened in 1975 but underwent a $27 million renovation in 2011. Known until 2019 as the RimRock Auto Arena, the First Interstate Arena box office is located at 308 6th Avenue in North Billings, Montana. The venue has a seating capacity of just over 12,000 and is currently the home of the IFL's Billings Wolves. The recent renovations included the addition of a brand new sound system, new stage riggings, new seats, a better entryway, and more advanced concessions. The arena is also tied into the local events, such as high school wrestling tournaments and the Montana Fair. The facility has been visited by no less than five United States Presidents including: George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George H. W. Bush, Ronald Reagan, and John F. Kennedy.
